Tarek runs the digital marketing department at RCA Records where he spearheads the online creative strategy and marketing campaigns across the RCA roster, including recent breakouts HER, Calboy & Normani and for established artists like Justin Timberlake, A$AP Rocky, Kings Of Leon and more.

Most recently, Tarek and his team worked on the launch of Khalid’s sophomore album, "Free Spirit" and of P!nk’s "Hurts 2B Human," both of which debuted on top of the US Albums Charts. The Free Spirit campaign also resulted in Khalid becoming the #1 most streamed Spotify artist in the world with a peak of over 50 million monthly listeners.

Tarek started his 10 years at RCA as the department assistant, after which he grew into the lead strategist for RCA’s D2C business. He then spearheaded RCA’s Pop & Rock rosters, working with key partners to drive awareness and build audiences before landing in his current role as head of the digital marketing team.
